Main Ingredients



2 chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Some dry breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten


Fruity Sauce



1 orange, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 ripe mango, diced
Some mint leaves
1 bottle VITAGEN Less Sugar Peach
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method



  1. Put together all the cut fruits and chill in the refrigerator.

  2. Rub salt and pepper all over chicken breast. Heat 5 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan.

  3. Coat chicken breast in egg and then gently coat it with breadcrumbs. Then fry in medium fire for around 5 minutes on each side until cooked.

  4. Just before serving, mix together VITAGEN Less Sugar, lime juice, olive oil and toss it in with the chilled fruits. Add in mint leaves, salt and pepper to taste and serve with the fried chicken.

2 pieces of fish fillet
½ tsp of salt


Seasoning



2 bottles VITAGEN Less Sugar Apple
1 tbsp Tabasco
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Some freshly ground black pepper


Ingredients fo Salsa



1 large tomato, diced
1 red apple, diced
1 green apple, diced
1 small onion, chopped finely

Method



  1. First prepare the salsa. Combine the cut apples, tomato and onion together. Add in the seasoning and leave it to chill in the refrigerator.

  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry fish till golden brown.

  3. Serve fish with salsa and a dash of paprika.

Main Ingredients



10 Italian finger biscuits
5 bottles of VITAGEN Less Sugar, any flavour of your choice
1 sliced papaya, diced
1 kiwi fruit, diced
4 strawberries, cut into quarters


Custard



250ml milk
1 heap tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence


Jelly



1 box of jelly; cook as per instruction on packaging

Method



  1. Line 5 shallow bowls with 2 finger biscuits. Pour a bottle of VITAGEN Less Sugar over the finger biscuits.

  2. Spread some fruits, jelly and custard over it. Chill trifle in the refrigerator before serving.

Main Ingredients



10 bottles of VITAGEN Less Sugar, any flavour of your choice
100g chocolate, cut into cubes
50ml MARIGOLD Low Fat Milk



Method



  1. Pour VITAGEN Less Sugar into lolly holders. Put it to set in the freezer overnight.

  2. Put chocolate and MARIGOLD Low Fat Milk into a bowl, and microwave on high setting for 20 seconds. Stir mixture until smooth.

  3. Dip frozen ice lollies into the cooled chocolate mixture.

Main Ingredients



4 bottles of VITAGEN Less Sugar, any flavour of your choice
4 tbsp gelatin
4 tbsp water
¼ peach canned in own juice, diced into small pieces
¼ kiwi, diced into small pieces
1 strawberry, diced into small pieces

Method



  1. Dissolve 4 tbsp of gelatin in 4 tbsp of water.

  2. Heat the solution in a pan until it becomes liquid.

  3. Remove from heat, slowly add in 4 bottles of VITAGEN Less Sugar of your choice to the gelatin solution

  4. Pour mixture into plastic container/ jelly moulds.

  5. Place in the refrigerator until it is set.

  6. Add chopped fruits on top of the jelly.

  7. Serve cold.

8 medium strawberries (or other fruits of your choice e.g. ½ rockmelon)
8 ice cubes

Method



  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until well mixed.

  2. Serve cold.
